Coverage
This policy applies to the ImyTrans mobile application for Android and iOS, distributed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. If anything here conflicts with the publisher line on your storefront listing, rely on the official listing for the identity of the publisher responsible for the build you installed.
What we collect
- Content you provide: photographs, template selections, and files you import or capture so our tools can produce posters, stylized visuals, dynamic visual outputs, or exports you request.
- Account details: identifiers and profile fields tied to sign-in when you choose to log in (for example a display name or avatar you supply).
- Device and diagnostic data: device model, operating system version, app build, crash logs, and performance signals—used to fix defects, improve stability, and reduce abuse without attaching your name to every log line when unnecessary.
- Support messages: text and attachments you send through in-app Feedback or similar channels.
Where data lives
Information ImyTrans collects is processed and retained only by us, on equipment and infrastructure that we operate and control. We do not engage a separate organization to process it for us, and we do not store it with separate hosting environments controlled by others acting under our instructions.
Downloading, updating, or completing an in-app purchase through an app marketplace may create records the marketplace keeps for billing or delivery under its own rules—that sits outside ImyTrans’s own information pipeline. Apart from those storefront records the marketplace itself maintains, nothing described in this policy is processed or stored by another organization acting on our instructions.
Why we use it
- Running features you activate—templates, poster workflows, visual feeds, credit balances, and history views.
- Diagnosing bugs, improving output quality, and reviewing aggregated usage patterns where individuals are rarely identifiable.
- Protecting the service from scripted abuse, fraudulent payments, or policy violations.
- Responding to incidents, tracing outages, and moderating excessive use.
- Meeting lawful requests, tax duties, or other obligations we cannot lawfully refuse.
Photos, imagery, and faces
- Purpose: Visual material is used only to complete the edit, stylization, layout, or generation you started. We do not repurpose it for unrelated advertising profiles or face galleries unrelated to that task.
- Retention: How long data remains follows operational need—finish the task, satisfy record-keeping where required, then delete or irreversibly alter it on schedules our operations team maintains.
- Sale: We do not sell image-derived profiles to unrelated marketers.
When we share
Beyond everyday processing inside our environment, we disclose information only when:
- A statute, regulation, court order, or formal governmental demand requires it; or
- We reasonably must act to protect life, serious injury, or urgent public safety.
International use
Because processing and storage remain on infrastructure we control, any cross-border aspect arises only from where we locate our own equipment or staff, not from copying datasets to outside service organizations. Where that still triggers transfer rules in your region, we apply safeguards the law requires.
Protection
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure—consider sensitivity before you upload material from your device.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data. Contact us through the channels below; we may ask for light verification so others cannot impersonate you.
Young users
ImyTrans is intended for teens and adults, not children under 13. If we learn we collected personal information from a child below that age without verifiable parental consent where required, we delete what we can as soon as consistent with our legal duties.
Revisions
We may update this policy when features or legal requirements change. The version published at this URL controls; material updates may also be highlighted in the app when regulators expect more than a silent edit.
